As a long-standing collaborator with Julie Lin, Ebury asked me to illustrate her first cookbook, Sama Sama - and of course, the answer was a big ‘yes’! Dumplings, fritters, jars of chili crisp oil, Julie and her mum eating noodles - it couldn't have been a more perfect brief.
