Getting In Touch
After filling out our enquiry form, we’ll get back to you with a booking link for a relaxed consultation call. This is where we’ll say hi, get to know your brand/what you’re looking and I’ll be writing everything up for a bespoke proposal - sent to you after the call. If everything is all good and you’re ready to go ahead, you’ll be sent an initial invoice and contract to pay and sign - then your start date is secure!
Before We Begin
Once your start date is booked, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started - including The Core workbook, designed to help you think deeply about your brand. This sets the foundation for the work we’ll do together.
STAGE 1: Research and Development
We begin by grounding your project in strategic intention. Using your workbook insights and industry research, I’ll map out what your brand stands for, where it sits in the landscape, and what makes it distinct - i.e. your Core Blueprint. This gives us clarity and direction for the design ahead.
STAGE 2: Visual Direction Exploration
I’ll create a series of visual directions - moodboards that explore the tourtes we could go down. You’ll choose the route that feels most aligned with your vision, and we’ll use this to guide the identity as it takes shape.
STAGE 3: Concept Direction
Next, I’ll bring your brand identity to life with 2–3 refined concepts - including logo variations, colours, type, and a few mockups to help you visualise the brand in action. You’ll choose the direction you’d like to take forward.
STAGE 4: Refinement
Together, we’ll fine-tune your chosen concept. There’s space for up to two rounds of revisions to ensure everything feels right - from the smallest detail to the overall feel.
STAGE 5: Build
Once everything is signed off, your brand will be crafted into it’s real-world assets - social templates, print pieces, stationery, or anything else within scope. This is also where I’ll create your Brand Book; a clear, comprehensive guide to using your identity consistently and confidently.
STAGE 6: Delivery and Post-Launch Support
When the work is complete, and your final payment has been received, you’ll get all of your final files - organised, easy to use, and ready to go. For the 30 days that follow, I’ll be on hand to offer support, answer questions, and ensure everything’s running smoothly.

Good Call’s founder, Lola, is who heads up the majority of the work. From strategy, creative direction, packaging and social content design, you won’t be juggling an entire team - you’re getting one experienced creative who knows how to connect the dots and deliver the full picture. If there’s something you need that we feel others can do better (such as web development, copywriting, or photography), we’ve got our list of true experts and friends in all fields who we can collaborate with to bring in that extra magic. Hence why we’re a ‘we’!

Sure thing! We work out what you most need on your consultation call and then customise your proposal according to your vision and goals. Reach out with whatever you've got in mind, we're open to most things.

You’ll see an update on our Services page of when we’re booking from - we work with one to two clients at a time, and we can be book up to three months in advance. It's always worth getting in touch as soon as possible!

We're more than happy to offer three or four splits of payment, whatever works best for you. We always ask for an initial invoice payment to secure your booking slot in our calendar, with the remaining balance split across the project and the final payment due before sending over final files. The sooner you book, the more you can spread out your payments.

We don’t. We're firm believers that branding is way more than just a logo. It’s going deeper to discover and refine what you do, who you do it for, and why people will choose to buy from you. It’s only then that the logos, fonts, colours, illustrations, and website (all the fun stuff!) can be created in a way that is aligned. When you look at it this way, you can start to see where the value lies in investing in your brand.

Depending on your project and your specific needs, you might have to budget for font and imaging licenses, website hosting, subscription and printing costs. Everything is discussed beforehand and detailed in our contract.
